Whatever happened to Colonel Edmund J Burke? I always liked his last
name because the Ron Burke stable owned and trained the freak of nature
Mission Brief the great racehorse in all of history. Her 2 year old
world record at the Red Mile will outlast all of Secretariat's world
records.

Mission Brief was a standardbred trotter not a thoroughbred. His last
name was Hawley.
