FUckin took my meds last night without any dinner and have been bitter
and nauseated all night. I know now to make every effort to refuse if
there is no fuel in the tank.

There was an incident in 2002 where I was taking a pretty light dose.
Instead of enjoying it and perpetuating it, I skipped my meds anyways
and drank beer in the park every night. Got pretty sick and the doctor
asked me if I was taking my meds. He said, "Listen very carefully and
tell the truth, have you been taking your meds?" I said, "yes" and got
misdiagnosed. He hiked my diagnosis way up to med resistant in
psychiatrist terms. Now I have full on lithium and some abilify for
psychotic features. I plan on asking the local psychiatrist about that
light dose again but I don't give myself very good odds at getting it.
I would really like to have the lithium go.

cant you change your doctor and get a new prescription?? tell the
new guy the real story and the symptoms you are experiencing when
on current dose.
