at home i have one of those swiveling computer chairs that is
height adjustable. it uses some kind of gas system to bring it up
and down.

i know that because in my office, the chair guy bought a whole
gas cylinder kinda thing to replace that thing.

my chair is quite old, its not really my chair, i have to buy a
new chair, but even chairs are so damn expensive!

I would steal the seat out of a Toyota Century (Japanese gangster car).
They are really comfortable.

do you know how much fart is required to raise a human body of
mass 60 kg?

9.8 is the acceleration due to gravity, and to raise 60 by 1
meter it comes to 588 N. on average a far generates 0.1-0.15
newtons, so taking 0.15, we need 3920 farts!!!!

you need 3920 farts at once to go upwards!!

maybe if you are in space, could a fart propel you, but not on earth.

nope, dinosaurs couldnt fart themselves into space or even the
top of a hill. as mass goes up, so does the amount of force
required to launch it. dinosaurs were pretty heavy, like 2-5
tonnes or more.

it would take a proper rocket to launch a dinosaur into space.
falcon heavy i think can do upto 25 tonnes and falcon 9 upto 10
tonnes.
